The display
The Elite's digital readout gives you the full picture at a glance, all in one view: current time, time elapsed, your target oil temperature, and the actual oil temperature. No guesswork, no interruptions.
 
Remote control & self-administration
The Elite's remote lets the person receiving the treatment run it themselves — designed for practitioners who want to give themselves shirodhara, and for people who need frequent treatment without a helper on hand. The remote keyfob and on-unit menu set an Auto-Off timer, up to 99 minutes, so the stream stops on its own. Pre-set your self-administered treatment to the duration of your choosing.
 
Keeping the system clean
The Elite is designed to be easy to maintain. Flush 1 cup of 99.9% isopropyl alcohol through the full system and let it drain completely, then follow with a cup of inexpensive base oil to displace any residual alcohol before your next treatment. Wipe down surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and clean the shirodhara bowl with hot soapy water.
 
Warranty & care
Every ShiroBliss comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — because we stand behind what we build.
And because everything needs a tune-up now and then, we offer the ShiroBliss Basic Cleaning and Maintenance Service, recommended every 2–3 years depending on use. Send us your unit and we'll open it up, replace the internal and external tubing, update the software, and give it first-rate care. While it's with us, we'll assess what — if anything — needs replacing and call you with a quote before doing the work. If there's an opportunity to upgrade, we'll let you know.

For international customers
The Elite runs on 120V, standard in the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, your country may use a different voltage standard — plugging directly into a higher-voltage outlet will damage the system. We can include a voltage converter for $80 USD; just let us know at checkout.
A note on customs: international orders travel with a commercial invoice declaring the shipment's value, and your country's customs authority will likely assess an import tax on that amount. Rates vary by country, so we recommend checking your local rate before ordering.
