The Display
The Elite's digital readout gives you a full at-a-glance picture throughout every treatment — current time, time elapsed, your target oil temperature, and the actual oil temperature, all in one view. No guesswork, no interruptions.
 
Remote Control & Self-Administration
The Elite includes a remote control, which means the system can be operated without a practitioner standing at the unit throughout the session. This opens the door to self-administered Shirodhara.
 
Keeping the System Clean
The ShiroBliss Elite is designed to be easy to keep clean. Simply flush 1 cup of 99.9% isopropyl alcohol through the full system and allow it to drain completely.  Follow with a cup of inexpensive base oil to displace any residual alcohol before your next treatment. Wipe down surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and clean the Shirodhara bowl with hot soapy water.
 
Warranty & Care
All ShiroBliss systems come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — because we stand behind what we build.
And because all things in this world need a little tune-up from time to time, we offer the ShiroBliss Basic Cleaning and Maintenance Service, recommended every 2–3 years depending on use. Send us your unit and we'll open it up, replace the internal and external tubing, update the software, and give it some first-rate Tender Loving Care. While it's with us, we'll assess what — if anything — might need replacing and call you with a quote for parts and labor. If there's an opportunity to upgrade anything, we'll let you know that too.

A Note for International Customers
The ShiroBliss Elite is engineered to run on 120V — standard in the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, your country may use a different voltage standard, and plugging directly into a higher-voltage outlet will damage the system.
 
We can include a voltage converter with your order for $80 USD — just let us know at the time of purchase and we'll make sure you're set up correctly.
 
A note on customs: International orders will be accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the value of your shipment. Your country's customs authority will likely assess an import tax based on that declared amount. The exact percentage varies by country — we recommend researching your local customs rates before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.
