Warranty

Every ShiroBliss system carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. But the warranty is really just the floor. What matters to us is that you love your system and that it runs beautifully for years. If something isn't right, tell us — we'll work through it with you until it's resolved. We won't leave you high and dry.

And a note from experience: in nineteen years, we've yet to have a single system come back broken from too much use. We keep expecting the day we'll hear about a pump finally burning out. It hasn't happened yet.
