A Note on the Display
The V7 features a straightforward digital readout that shows you the actual oil temperature in the moment — simple and functional. If you're looking for more at-a-glance treatment data, the ShiroBliss Elite and Essence systems display shows current time, time elapsed in the treatment, your target oil temperature, and the actual oil temperature — all in one view.
 
A Note on Self-Administration
The V7 does not include a remote control. If self-administration is important to you, consider the ShiroBliss Elite or Essence systems, both of which include remote control capability designed for that purpose.
 
Keeping the System Clean
The ShiroBliss V7 is designed to be easy to keep clean. Simply flush 1 cup of 99.9% isopropyl alcohol through the full system and allow it to drain completely. Flush with a cup of inexpensive base oil to displace residual alcohol before your next treatment. Wipe down surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and clean the Shirodhara bowl with hot soapy water.
 
Warranty & Care
All ShiroBliss systems comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — because we stand behind what we build.
 
And because all things in this world need a little tune-up from time to time, we offer a ShiroBliss Basic Cleaning and Maintenance Service. We recommend this every 2-3 years, depending on use. Send us your unit and we'll open it up, replace the internal and external tubing, update the software, and give it some first-rate Tender Loving Care. While it's with us, we'll assess what — if anything — might need replacing and call you with a quote for parts and labor. If there's an opportunity to upgrade anything, we'll let you know that too.

A Note for International Customers
The ShiroBliss V7 is engineered to run on 120V — standard in the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, your country may use a different voltage standard, and plugging directly into a higher-voltage outlet will damage the system.
 
We can include a voltage converter with your order for $80 USD — just let us know at the time of purchase and we'll make sure you're set up correctly.
 
A note on customs: International orders will be accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the value of your shipment. Your country's customs authority will likely assess an import tax based on that declared amount. The exact percentage varies by country — we recommend researching your local customs rates before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.
